One guy I'm reading, goes by The Author, has opened me up to the concept of simultaneous and sequential incarnations. Simultaneous higher selves are having many thousands of incarnations in the NOW, while sequentials only experience one single incarnation at any given NOW moment. The most important distinction is that simultaneous incarnations do NOT remember anything about 'previous' incarnations, while sequentials do. Apparently, Earth is planet that is designated for simultaneous incarnations, however, there is a small population of sequentials. If this is all true, then it would make sense that a small population would be able to herd, shape, manipulate, and direct the earths populations toward their own agenda; Their agenda remains intact between each incarnation with no apparent memory loss or gap.
I'm not totally convinced of this, but it does make some sense. However, I am not sure a sequential retains 100% of each past life... maybe it's a bit foggy for them. I know I don't remember anything from a 'past life', but have some innate wisdom and morality that was never learned. I assume this is the collective knowledge gained from other of my simultaneous incarnations which were before NOW (the simultaneous higher self will have thousands at once, but 100k+ over it's evolution).
There is also thrown into the mix that most of the humans (70%?) at this time are not higher self incarnations, but rather from group souls, or animal spirits. This doesn't mean they are stupid in any way. After all, many animals are quite clever and possess a great deal of intelligence. I'm not sure I can identify group soul incarnations, but think most of the nascar nation may in fact be this very thing. No judgement.
